So, today we're going to talk about the task calendar and how SSA can really help.

Keep everything organized in your company with the task calendar. So the first thing is everybody that has an account in your SSA is going to have their very own SSA task calendar, but then you also have a company task calendar. We call it all tasks, calendar, and that's going to help everybody on there.

Obviously, that's going to be segmented by color. And of course, in time of the day is you're putting it on there, but then, the color, once you have been using this for a little while, you'll know that blue is for Josh and gray is for Michael and orange is for Brandon. Thanks like that. So the thing that you're going to want to do is, and this is I've got some other podcasts, videos, and all kinds of stuff about managing leads.

So one of the best things that this can do is help manage those leads. So if you've got a phone person that's taking those calls, they're sitting on SSA, they get that into the job, and then they immediately put it on the task calendar and send that out. To whoever your project manager is, or your salesman.

Now, this is going to integrate with our calendar or Google calendar. And so what you put on SSA is going to push over to your personal calendars. That way you're going to get a couple of different. Notifications. And you can set those notifications for one minute or three hours, depending on what you want and what the task says.

If it's an appointment to see a client and probably want an hour notification, if it's, an adjuster, you know, you might need more time or less time depending on what's what your traffic situation is. So. The main thing is, is to use the task calendar for everybody in the company. And then whoever that is administrative over the company will have a high-level overview of what all is going on in the company.

You'll see where all of your project managers as a salesman are. If you've got. Uh, supplement people out, doing supplements. You'll be able to see all of these things on the calendar, whether it be for client appointments, whether it be for adjuster appointments or, you know, maybe you got clients coming into the office.

Anything that you want to use it for is obvious. Going to be very, very helpful. So one of the last things I want to talk about on the task calendar is the way that you get notifications. Uh, we talked about, you could set up the notification time for like, you know, like if you want a five-minute notification of 15, 30 minutes or an hour that you've obviously got that, but now let's talk about how you get that.

So SSA can either email those tasks out to your salesman. Project managers or they can text message it out. So, you know, we can help get that set up where you have email as well as text messaging out in there. So once we get you set up and integrated with the Twilio is who we, the platform is that we run off of.

Then there is no additional cost in SSA. Then all it is is what the actual test matches his cost. And you can send an immense amount of text messages for 20 bucks. So that's something that's not even going to scratch the budget in, even if you've got a big team and you do a ton of text messaging, that's a very minimal cost per month.

So, it is very cool to be able to text your team and to text your clients. And that's one of the things that is getting bigger. You want to keep always your salesmen, your project managers are going to be text messaging, the clients that's, that's going to be a thing, but you want to keep those communications inside of SSA because yeah, just say you talking about colors and drip edge colors, or color of the shingle, and you've got that in a text message outside of SSA, just in an iPhone.

And that changes, then all of a sudden you've got 20 squares on the house. The homeowner comes home and says, Hey, that's not the color we talked about. And they're confused, but that text messages in an iPhone. So it's not really, it's not timestamped or could be timestamped, but it's not going to be in your system where you can fall back on it.

So, Hey, here's what we talked about and you agree to it in the text message that we've got there. And I'm not, I'm not just making one up. I saw this happen. So the thing is you want to make sure that you're keeping those communications with the client inside of SSA. And that's one of the reasons that is so important to get text messaging set up because clients today expect to have some emails and some text messages.
